Song Yan is one of the founders of Longting Winery. Since the inception of Longting Winery in 2009, Song Yan has been personally involved in all aspects, from grape variety selection to wine style and architectural design. Longting Winery has been continuously recognized as a quality demonstration vineyard in the Penglai region since 2018, was named one of the top ten boutique wineries in China in 2019, and was listed among the Top 50 Chinese Wineries by Hurun in 2024. Vincenza Alessio Librandi is part of the third generation currently managing Librandi, a renowned winery in Calabria, Italy. Librandi has been a key player in changing the perception of Calabrian wines, which were historically lesser-known. Ceri's leadership has positioned Cantina Goccia as a leader in sustainable winemaking, combining quality wines with groundbreaking environmental solutions. Among their notable wines is the "Celi" blend from 2020, which includes Grechetto, Vermentino, and Chardonnay, and is bottled using this sustainable paper technology. Ceri was always sustainable, never having used herbicides or pesticides. Regenerative practices such as cover crops and feed continue to play a role.
