Khanh Vi Le Hoang co-founded and serves as the Vice-President for the Saigon Sommelier Association, which serves all of Vietnam providing wine education, tasting experiences, sommelier training for wine professionals, and also service expertise for businesses. Vi is also the owner and beverage director for a wine bar and bistro in Ho Chi Minh City, the Natural Owl Corner, which has quickly become a destination wine bar in Vietnam being featured in multiple articles and travel guides for the country.

Rienzo is a sommelier graduated from the Argentine School of Sommeliers (EAS) and part of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Association of Sommeliers since 2019. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry. She is the creator of SPIRITU, Aromas de Vino, the first aroma kit specialized in the terroirs of Argentina. In 2022 she published her first book: Chin Chin, wine is easy. In March of 2023 Marcela Rienzo was elected to the presidency of the Argentine Sommelier Association.

Andrea received her sommelier degree in 2011 from the Argentine Center of Wine and Spirits (CAVE), where she now teaches the Gastronomic Appreciation Course. Andrea co-founded Tinte Vinos, an online store and gastronomic consultancy business. Andrea won the 2022’s Best Sommelier in the Argentinian competition.

Maura Milia started out as a cocktail waitress at London’s The Connaught Bar, at the eponymous hotel, and in five years, worked her way to the top to become bar manager, guiding a team of 16. Under her leadership, the Mayfair cocktail bar has twice topped the World’s 50 Best Bars rankings, in 2020 and 2021; this year it ranked eighth. Over the years, Milia has been awarded a cluster of accolades, including Front of House Star of the Year at the Class Bar Awards in 2018, the first woman who works at The Connaught to receive it, as well as Bar Manager of the Year in the same awards this year.

Since founding their first cocktail bar Jigger & Pony in 2012, Gan Guoyi and Indra Kantono have expanded their business to include contemporary Italian restaurant and bar Caffe Fernet, mid-century Japan-inspired bar Live Twice, and creative small plates and oyster bar Humpback, among others. In 2020, Jigger & Pony clinched the top spot on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list for the first time, and secured the ninth spot in the World’s 50 Best Bars list.

Silva tarted her cocktail career at the iconic 28 HongKong Street in Singapore before opening Sago House in 2020 with her two business partners. The bar has won a number of accolades in just three years, including debuting at No. 63 on the 2021 World's 50 Best Bars list and No. 49 in Asia. In 2022, Sago House ranked 51st in the world's 50 best bars rankings, which is also the highest ranking in Asia. In 2023, it ranked third among Asia's 50 Best Bars.

Margarita Sáder, is the founder of MS BarTrends and Paradiso Barcelona together with her husband Giacomo Giannotti. A speakeasy, Paradiso was named number 3 in the world by the list of the 50 best bars in the World in 2021. She is currently dedicated to the Creative Direction at Paradiso, menu concepts and international events.

From neighborhood bars to five-star hotels, Young’s journey eventually led her to the high-end world of wine. Fast forward to 2022 and Young is now the Wine Director of Merrill House, a celebrated and historic boutique hotel in Prince Edward County, Canada. Merrill House has received a "Best of Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator, ranked as one of the top wine lists in Canada.

Ms. Xu Jinyu led ENOTECA China to develop with visionary leadership. Having taken root in the wine market of mainland China, ENOTECA now has 17 stores and extensive cooperation in Horeca, distribution, e-commerce and other channels. In 2019, Ms. Xu Jinyu was promoted as General Manager of ENOTECA China,under her leadership, the company has increased the revenue even during pandemics. In 2022, Ms. Xu Jinyu was appointed Chairwoman & GM of Enoteca China.

Victoria James is the Director of Beverage and a partner at Cote restaurants, which under her direction received a James Beard nomination for “Outstanding Wine Program” two years in a row. Her name has appeared on many notable lists: Forbes “30 Under 30,” Food & Wine’s “2018 Sommelier of the Year,” Zagat’s “30 Under 30,” Wine Enthusiast’s “40 Under 40,” and Wine & Spirits “Best New Sommelier.” She is responsible for the operation and conceptualization of Cote Wine Club.
