Khanh Vi Le Hoang co-founded and serves as the Vice-President for the Saigon Sommelier Association, which serves all of Vietnam providing wine education, tasting experiences, sommelier training for wine professionals, and also service expertise for businesses. Vi is also the owner and beverage director for a wine bar and bistro in Ho Chi Minh City, the Natural Owl Corner, which has quickly become a destination wine bar in Vietnam being featured in multiple articles and travel guides for the country.

Rienzo is a sommelier graduated from the Argentine School of Sommeliers (EAS) and part of the Board of Directors of the Argentine Association of Sommeliers since 2019. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry. She is the creator of SPIRITU, Aromas de Vino, the first aroma kit specialized in the terroirs of Argentina. In 2022 she published her first book: Chin Chin, wine is easy. In March of 2023 Marcela Rienzo was elected to the presidency of the Argentine Sommelier Association.

Maura Milia started out as a cocktail waitress at London’s The Connaught Bar, at the eponymous hotel, and in five years, worked her way to the top to become bar manager, guiding a team of 16. Under her leadership, the Mayfair cocktail bar has twice topped the World’s 50 Best Bars rankings, in 2020 and 2021; this year it ranked eighth. Over the years, Milia has been awarded a cluster of accolades, including Front of House Star of the Year at the Class Bar Awards in 2018, the first woman who works at The Connaught to receive it, as well as Bar Manager of the Year in the same awards this year.
