With more than 20 years of experience in wine journalism and studies in Wine & Spirits Education, Ana has been the editorial director of La CAV magazine, the most prestigious specialized media in Chile. She is also president of La Mesa de Cata, a panel that each year tastes more than 2,000 samples completely blind and that annually publishes one of the two Wine Guides that exist in the country.

Using her food and wine pairing knowledge, she developed a learning tool for her students, she created a wine pairing app for iPhone and Android called Wine it Up.
