Bell began a diploma in distillation at the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, achieving the highest mark globally. focused on biochemistry and chemical engineering, Bell joined Diageo in 2014 to front a renewed push for its Mortlach single malt Scotch brand.Since 2016, Bell has represented Bacardi's Scotch brands, including Dewar's, Aberfeldy, Aultmore, Craigellachie, Royal Brackla, and The Deveron. Bell is also a co-founder of the Our Whisky campaign, which aims to highlight the diversity of whisky drinkers and challenge the perception that whisky is a ‘man's drink’.

The farm also complies with the sustainability guidelines laid down by the Integrated Production of Wine (IPW) scheme and all recent releases boast the proud ‘green seal’. Associate Style Director of Pernod Ricard Asia | China
From a design background, Cecile Hitier joined Pernod Ricard in 2013 as retail designer for Champagne and Cognac brands. She joined PR Asia as Design Associate Director to identify creative partners and manage the project design development from brief to execution across architecture, landscaping, interior design and packaging. Pernod Ricard's Emei Distillery is the first distillery from any international wine and spirits company in China. Conceived in 2017, with construction completed in 2021, the project is the work of many years of an iconic whisky brand to put China on the world stage of the dynamic whisky category. From the choice of land to the architectural concept, to the naming of the brand, the project takes an ambitious and culturally sensitive approach in not just creating a great whisky but a brand that celebrates the Emei terroir and the Chinese culture around duality. The distillery adopts a comprehensive approach to sustainability with a vernacular design that prioritizes the preservation of local resources and environment while the distillery will achieve net-zero carbon emission on the day, which is a rare greenfield project in the industry.
Co-founder of Mijenta | US
Heading to Mexico with her co-founders, she set out to create the “most sustainable, transparent and honest” tequila. She explored the highlands of Jalisco, searched for agave free of chemicals and pesticides, and went door-knocking in Guadalajara to find vendors who could provide materials in order to avoid the carbon footprint of having supplies shipped in.
The brand sets out from the beginning to leave the least carbon footprint, developing a [mushroom-based] packaging that's biodegradable. It is also giving back part of the profits to the Mijenta Foundation to support their families with health plans and education. Via partnering with Whales of Guerrero because whales capture so much carbon emission, it's like planting thousands of trees.

In 1995 Laura joined her father Nicolás Catena Zapata at the family winery and founded the Catena Institute of Wine with the vision of making Argentine wines that could stand with the best of the world. She is currently managing director of Bodega Catena Zapata and works closely with Alejandro Vigil and Luis Reginato to make the vineyard selections and blends for the family's wines. Laura is also founder of her own Luca Winery in Mendoza, Argentina, as well as a practicing part-time physician of Emergency Medicine in San Francisco.
Dr. Laura Catena has been called “the face of Argentine wine” for her active role in studying and promoting the Mendoza wine region and Argentine Malbec. Laura's life obsession is to learn more about high altitude viticulture, the vineyard soil microbiome and wine age ability.
