Only add 5ml of 43% ABV spirit can make a gin and tonic with the same level of flavour as a 25ml measure of London Dry gin. A low-alcohol and low-calorie G&T is the biggest innovation in gin for over 100 years.

After 18 years working as an advertising creative and creative head,Kerry use creative human minds and emerging tech to create experiences and solve marketing problems in new ways. English spirits producer Circumstance Distillery created the first gin using artificial intelligence (AI) , called Monker's Garkel,partnered with technology scientists Tiny Giant and Rewrite Digital to build the AI, called Ginette, a neural network and the ‘brains’ behind the expression.
Ginette was programmed by the team to analyse thousands of botanicals, understand gin recipes and learn a database of more than 500 gin names. The AI then selected a “fragranced” gin – and that was how Monker's Garkel came to be.
The bottle's label was also made using an automated algorithm, which used a set of styles, colours, textures and fonts. Local artist Tim Sutcliffe then prepared the label.

Mirabeau Dry Rosé GinProvence wine producer Mirabeau, founded by British couple Stephen and Jeany Cronk, has ventured into spirits with the launch of a pink gin. The grape-based spirit is made using alcohol extracted during the dealcoholisation process used to make Mirabeau's new lower-alcohol rosé, Forever Summer. The gin is flavored with botanicals inspired by the plants growing at the wine estate near Saint Tropez in the South of France. These include juniper, citrus, orris root, angelica root, coriander seed, rose petals, lavender, jasmine, bay, thyme and rosemary. The gin will be launching exclusively in Waitrose & Partners.
Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin is an award winning herbaceous little number which took home gold at the World Gin Awards last year.

Founder of BULLET Inc. since 2013, Aya currently teaches at Tokyo Zokei University. The tradition of brewing sake in wooden barrels has long been a key part of Japanese sake culture. Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery was determined to maintain this traditional brewing art for the next 100 years so they commissioned craftsmen to build new wooden barrels.
Sake brewed in a wooden barrel takes on a light yellow color, which can be seen through the translucent part of the wood grain pattern, and it is also interesting to see the label through the liquid from the back. The appealing label design beckons viewers to touch and obtain it, and it has effectively led many to purchase the product.

Vera Wang's designs are rooted in celebration, and her latest product foray — prosecco — marks a natural extension for her brand. Newly announced, Vera Wang Party is produced in collaboration with Piemonte-based wine producer Araldica and led by winemaker Claudio Manera. The bottles, which make a bold statement with silver-matte exterior and neon yellow lettering, will retail for $25.

Ilanit is an unsung hero of the wine industry. She has specialized in business development, communication and marketing for many years and her particular expertise is in both wine and tourism. She is mainly known for her work in the region between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. She is also particularly associated with representing and supporting small wineries.
She organized the Judean Region Wine Club for many years. She represented and assisted boutique wineries in their discussions with the Ministry of Health and Israel Lands Administration. She also implemented the project of creating the Jerusalem Wineries Visitors’ Center at the Montefiore Windmill in Jerusalem.
