Phoebe Han has worked in several well-known bars in Shanghai for 13 years, and founded Healer Chinese Cocktail Bar in 2016. She is fond of learning and sharing the history of Chinese drinks and the combination of Western culture. She broke the stereotype that western mixology could not be mixed with Chinese spirit, and created many cocktails based on it, which made them more diverse with much possiblity. In 2018, Healer became the first Chinese pub by crossovering with Suzhou Museum and promote tradition with different art events, so that more and more people have different understanding of cocktail culture and Oriental art.

Almudena Alberca is the first woman in Spain to achieve the title of Master of Wine. Almudena began her career producing boutique wines in Viñas de Cenit, in Zamora, Spain, where she went from assistant winemaker to managing the entire winery. She worked at Dominio de Atauta in Ribera del Duero where she played an integral role in shaping their wine styles and achieving international success. During this time, she was also the Spanish specialist for importer AvivaVino in New York, selecting and blending wines for this market. Almudena has been the technical director at Viña Mayor since 2015, one of Spain's large-volume players in Ribera del Duero, Rueda and Toro. She is also responsible for developing new brands and wines in regions like Rías Baixas and Valdeorras and is involved with PR, marketing and sales both in Spain and abroad. Since January 2021 spanish brand ambassador for the wine investment company Oeno.

Romana Echensperger has worked for 12 years as a sommelier in high-end restaurants in Germany and Spain. In 2005, she was elected 'Best Sommelier of Berlin', working from a wine list of 1,000 German wines. Since 2011 she works as a wine educator and consultant on an international level. In particular, she appears as ambassador for German Wines for the German Wine Institute. She also works as an independent wine journalist and has her own wine column.

Cathy started her wine journey on a bicycle: she asked her husband to ride SA's famed Cape Town Cycle Tour with her; he accepted if she attended a wine course with him. She has since notched up more than 21 tours – and passed the prestigious Master of Wine examination in 2005.
