Viticulturist at Wynns Coonawarra Estate, Kidman holds a PhD in viticulture and is specialized in grapevine rootstocks, water stress, flowering and fruitset. She was awarded Viticulturist of the Year by Gourmet Traveller 2020 and Viticulturist of the Year by Australian Women in Wine 2020.
Along with her role at Wynn's, Dr Kidman is also an alumni of Wine Australia's leadership program, Future Leaders and supervises both Masters and PhD students.

Before founding CLOVITIS, Xiaoyan Liao worked for the Magrez family of Chateauneuf-du-Pape in France, where she sold Chinese Xintian wines to Chinese restaurants all over France and Europe.
After that,Xiaoyan Liao officially founded CLOVITIS China cooperated with "flying winemakers" from Top wineries such as Chateau Cheval Blanc & Chateau Figea in 2012. This project is dedicated to introducing and localizing the most cutting-edge wine making technology in the world and providing professional technical support and consulting service for the construction of wineries - to adapt to local conditions and follow the winemaking concept of Chinese local conditions.
Owner & Winemaker, Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines | South Africa
Mullineux developed her passion for wine growing up at the family dinner table near San Francisco. After she studied viticulture and oenology at UC Davis and completed harvests in the Napa Valley, Mullineux worked in Stellenbosch, and then Châteauneuf-du-Pape, where she met her husband, Chris. They moved back to South Africa to start their first winery in the Swartland. Under her guidance, Mullineux & Leeu Family Wines was awarded the 2014 and 2016 Platter's South African Winery of the year. In 2016, she was named Winemaker of the Year by Wine Enthusiast. Known for challenging the conventional, Andrea has rejuvenated the Swartland and elevated a region once only associated with bulk production.
Winemaker & General Manager, GranMonte Winery | Thailand
Nikki graduated with a bachelor's degree in Oenology and Honors in Viticulture from the University of Adelaide (Australia). Returning to her homeland, Nikki adopted new winemaking innovations and techniques to the family's GranMonte. She has focused on viticulture in the non-traditional region of the ‘tropics’ and is now seen as a leader in this field. Nikki was listed in Forbes’ Inaugural 30 Under 30 Asia 2016.
Helmed by Nikki, GranMonte has gained international recognition by winning over a hundred medals in wine competitions and festivals such as AWC Vienna, FBAT Wine Challenge, and Decanter Asia. Meanwhile, GranMonte has also kick-started a line of zero-waste projects: fruit for wine, grape seeds for oil, and now grape skins for grappa to make contribution for sustainability.
Winemaker & Owner, Domaine Mee Godard Wines | France
Born to South Korean farmers, adopted by a French couple, and then educated in France,Godard further studied at the Oregon State University, where she also pursued her Masters degree. She then returned to France to further her education, studying for her Diplôme National d'Oenologue in Montpellier.
Her practical experience came from her various internships in Burgundy and worked in Champagne. In 2013, she chanced upon five hectares in the Cru Beaujolais Village of Morgon. Working organically since 2017, she introduced biodynamic practices into these low-yielding old vines.

As one of the world's most influential women in wine, María Vargas is one of the highest-profile winemakers in Spain and one of the most talented white wine makers in the region, and very much a part of Murrieta's transformation.
She makes both a beguiling barrel-fermented Viura called Capellanía and Castillo Ygay Gran Blanco Reserva Especial. Her CASTILLO YGAY BLANCO 1986 wine is the first white wine in the history of Spain to reach the desired 100 Parker Points. And the castillo DE ygay, was chosen the best in the world of 2020.

After graduating with an MSc in Chemistry in 1991, Rachel demonstrated an amazing ability to identify different fragrances. This skill landed her an internship as a Research Scientist with the Scotch Whisky Research Institute and she has been honing it ever since. In 1998 she became a Product Development Manager with Glenmorangie, and worked with them for five years before earning the title of Master Blender in 2003.
After 13 years with Glenmorangie, Rachel took the position of Master Blender at Morrison Bowmore, where she still works, developing new and innovative single malts.
Master Blender, Diageo | UK
Maureen Robinson has been working in the whisky industry, and with Diageo, for over 40 years. She is Diageo's Master Blender and oversees Single Malts, blends. She's also a judge for whisky competitions and was named Keeper of the Quaich in 2012.
In honor of her 40th anniversary with the company, Diageo launched The Johnnie Walker Black Label's the Jane Walker Edition, a blended whisky that Robinson had free reign to create. It was meant to raise awareness for the strong role women have played in the whisky industry.
Master Blender, John Dewar & Sons | UK
In 1998, Macleod joined Dewar's and was appointed Master Blender in 2019. She made history by becoming the first woman to be awarded Master Blender of the Year in the International Whisky Competition (IWC). Macleod was celebrated for her work on the Dewar's Double Double blended Scotch series, created to emphasis on the brand's double -ageing process with an enhanced four-step maturation method. She herself was awarded as the Master Blender of the Year by IWC for consecutive 3 years from 2019 to 2021.

Pix Pâtisserie in Portland founded by Wakerhauser earned a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence since 2013 with original wine list. Her Champagne collection at Pix has over 700 cuvées, including vintage and large format, with a focus on small grower producers. Her goal is to make quality wine accessible and affordable and, most importantly, provide a fun atmosphere to drink it in. The list was awarded World's Best Champagne and Sparkling Wine List every year from 2014 - 2020 by London's World of Fine Wine Magazine.
