Architect Drinking Vessel Design For Maestro Dobel | Mexico
Regarded as one of the most accomplished architects in Mexico, Escobedo was presented with an International Fellowship, one of the industry’s highest accolades, from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 2019. Escobedo created a collection of drinking vessels for tequila brand Maestro Dobel, brought into life by the eminent stone artist, Mexico City-based Juan Fraga.

In 2012, Tequila Avión is named “World’s Best Tasting Tequila” and “World’s Best Tasting Unaged Spirit” at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Perrier-Jouët is the First Female Cellar Master in the Champagne Maison's 200 Year History. Frerson went on to study oenology at the University of Reims, eventually earning her Master of Enology degree. She then landed a job at lauded Reims Champagne House Piper-Heidsieck where she honed her skills over the next two decades and ultimately rose to deputy chef de cave in 2015. She joined Perrier-Jouët in 2018.

Caroline Frey is the winemaker and owner of three Chateau La Lagune, Paul Jaboulet Aine and Chateau de Cordon-Andre, as well as running a private wine project in Switzerland. Obtaining organic certification across the 3 Domaines, she initiated biodynamic practices, creating biodiversity refuge in the Rhone and in Bordeaux. She also established a club with members from France which share the same vision to protect the nature.

Owner and winemaker of Silver Heights Vineyard, Emma Gao has been a leading figure of China’s modern wine scene. She studied in Bordeaux, and was Ningxia’s first female winemaker with the accreditation Diplome National d’Oenologue from France. Additionally, she honed her expertise working in some of the world’s most prestigious wine regions. Her Silver Heights Vineyard, where their organic approach to viticulture and purist approach to winemaking helped position Ningxia as China’s most important wine region.
CEO, Fatty’s Organic Spirits | UK
She has created two products which won the market. The first is Fatty’s Organic Gin, a classic London Dry Gin infused with dill flowers. In 2018 Fatty’s Organic Gin won Gold at the Global Gin Masters, was included in the Metro Best of Summer Gin in 2018, featured in British Vogue’s Cocktail Club in August 2018 and made the Evening Standard’s Best Christmas Gins for 2018 too.
Designer, Constance Guisset Studio | France
Constance Guisset is a French designer. Her work is marked by a search for balance between ergonomics, delicacy and imagination. Constance Guisset created a machine called D-vine, which automatically aerates and adjusts the temperature of individual glasses of wine. D-Vine has achieved Serbotel Innovation Prize 2015, Foire d’automne Innovation Prize, « coup de cœur » category 2015 and Best startup award at CES 2016.
