Michal Akerman is an Israeli agronomist and viticulturist who had worked several harvests in vineyards around the world before she headed off to university many years ago. She is considered the first official viticulturist in Israel and she has been a pioneer in bringing focus to the importance of sense of place and the health of the vines. She is currently on a path of truly bringing a viticulture revolution that will not only increase biodiversity within the vineyard but in various types of farms throughout Israel.

Allegrini took part in many social activities: she is on the board of directors of Sace, on the governing board of the Bolgheri Wine Consortium, and a member of the Donne del Vino. In 2018 she was also appointed to the governing board of the Fondazione Arena di Verona. Under her leadership, the Allegrini group has also initiated close collaborations with Intrapresae Guggenheim, Hermitage Museum and Fondazione Altagamma. She is founder and Chairman of ISWA, an association with the objectives to defend winemaking heritage of the region.

In a country dominated by male winemakers, Susana Balbo stands out not only for her gender, but for her incredible skills and boldness. In 1981, she became the first woman in Argentina to receive a degree in oenology. Before she founded Susana Balbo, she was elected President of Wine of Argentina three-times.  In 2018, her achievements in both politics and the wine industry were recognized on the global stage, when she was invited to chair the Women20 summit, an international gathering of women.

Born and raised in the USA, Lisa’s wine career began in the UK (London) wine trade more than 20 years ago. In 2013, she became the Editor-in-Chief for The Wine Advocate and its associated publications. And she is the publication's Reviewer for Bordeaux, Napa Valley and Sonoma. In April 2015, Lisa’s first wine book, Taste Like a Wine Critic: A Guide to Understanding Wine Quality was published. 

Grace Cai is a certified wine educator of Australia, Bordeaux(France), and Burgundy(France) wines. As publisher of Aussino Wine Life, she is also in charge of Aussino’s tastings, training and education. Through creating a number of wine digital media platforms such as wechat and APP, her user-friendly contents serve consumers across China. She has been honored with Chief editor of Aussino Wine Life in 2005.

Monica Alferez Calvo is a Consultant Psychiatrist and has worked for more than 20 years for the NHS. She produced the artwork for ATOMIK. A team composed of scientists created the Atomik Vodka, aiming to produce high-quality artisan vodka from land in the areas of Ukraine abandoned after the Chernobyl accident and help the economic recovery of communities living in and around the abandoned areas.

In charge of libations at Southern American restaurant The Lockhart in Marylebone is the ebullient, Bordeaux-born, Emilie Campesato-Mouragne. Before shaking up some of the finest (and spiciest) Bourbon, Tequila and Mezcal cocktails in town, the heavily tattooed, hat wearing Campesato-Mouragne was a bass player in a rock band.

With 20 years of experience，Cohen comes full circle after building a multi-faceted career focused on fine winemaking, superb viticultural know how, managing teams, and directing strategic sales and marketing programs in the luxury wine space. In addition, Remi served on the board of the Napa Valley Winegrowers Association for many years and was formerly the President of Stag’s Leap District Winegrowers Association.
