WINWSA 2025 Announces Regional Ambassadors
for China-Southeast Asia and Europe
Following the appointment of Ms. Cristina Mascanzoni Kaiser as WINWSA’s Ambassador for the European region, we are delighted to announce that Ms. Carmen Lim will be appointed as the Ambassador for China and Southeast Asia in 2025. This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for WINWSA as it continues to connect industry voices and drive collaborations across borders.

Carmen Lim began her F&B career working with Michelin-starred chefs and renowned restaurants such as Joel Robuchon. She has been honored with numerous awards, including the China Best Wine List Awards, Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence, Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards (HAPA), and WOW Shanghai.

Cristina Mascanzoni Kaiser is the founder of WineHo, an Italian academy that provides high-level education focused on wine hospitality. She is often invited as a speaker at international conferences on wine tourism (e.g., the International Wine Tourism Conference), where she publishes and presents her vision of wine hospitality and its relevance to the future market.
