With the year quickly drawing to a close, WINWSA has revealed the full list of winners for the 2021 Women in Wine & Spirits Awards. The 18 winners, from 12 countries and regions emerged as the result of final voting from judging panelists.

As the first of its kinds, Women in Wine & Spirits Award (WINWSA) was initiated in 2020, with the singular mission: to recognize, connect and honor the accomplished female professionals who have contributed to shape the wine & spirits industry today.

We have seen less well-known wine regions appearing this year. The judges were particularly impressed at the quality of the entries, echoing the fast-paced evolution in the wine & spirits business. WINWSA 2021 continues to celebrate the theme Sustainability, raising questions regarding how the conduct of business can benefit our surroundings, socially and environmentally. We are glad to witness increasing share of green-minded companies or projects in our entries, reflecting the collective efforts towards sustainable practices.
